They comprise several inter-related markets, a number of which are demonstrating double digit international growth. IP Mobile Technologies commercially develops proven innovations in mobile and wireless technology across all of the related mobile industry sectors. The team of experienced Industry Directors at IP Mobile Technologies forge trade partnerships between small innovative companies and major corporations (trade partners) which market the innovations to their large customer bases. Mobile technologies encompassing innovative new technologies which have reached the stage where they are proven and ready for commercial development in the following sectors: - Mobile network operators. Handset producers. Application developers. Broadband companies. Other related mobile and wireless sectors. Role Description:  The CEO at IP Mobile Technologies undertakes the following: - Leads IP Mobile Technologies so that it: - Maximises returns to IP Mobile shareholders Optimises the development of its 5 innovative companies Directs and motivates the management team. Commercially develops proven mobile innovations. Inputs into the strategy for IP Mobile Technologies and each of its 5 innovative companies. Represents IP Mobile Technologies on the Boards of its 5 innovative companies ensuring that: - They efficiently supply their innovative products to IP Mobile Technologies.  They have optimum human and financial resources to meet the requirements of IP Mobile Technologies. Manage the equity stakes that IP Mobile Technologies accumulates in each innovative company. Establishes operational processes and further process improvement Directs company operations and manage its finances in order to meet budget and other financial goals. Directs short-term and long-range planning and budget development to support strategic business goals. Establishes the performance goals, reporting systems, allocate resources, and assess policies for senior management. Special projects such as the identification of new innovative companies and equity funding sources. Demonstrates successful execution of business strategies for company products and services. Participates in investment raising and investor relations. The CEO of IP Mobile Technologies reports to the CEO of IP Innovation Partnerships Group. Experience / Skills Required:  The individual should ideally have the following: - Successful experience as a CEO/MD of one or more of the following: - Leading a rapid growth company Managing an innovative small business CEO of a major business Experience in strategic planning and execution. Main board or subsidiary Board experience. A proven ability to forge trade partnerships between organisations. Experience of investing in and working with small innovative companies Remuneration comprises a day rate of £900 per day payable for work where the company already has funding in place or £1,350/day (day rate + 50%) for work where payment is delayed to match funding. The role involves 4 days per week at the outset rising to full time over 6 months. The individual can also earn a share of the equity that IP Mobile Technologies accumulates in each of the 5 innovative companies There is the opportunity to invest in the rapid growth of IP Mobile Technologies on preferential terms ahead of other investors. Shareholders receive quarterly dividends as well as multiple partial exit opportunities.
