- My experience in public and private companies has covered financial
and general management roles and I have been CFO and CEO listed companies.
I was a director of Apax for 5 years during which time I was a director
of several portfolio companies within the MBI fund. I am currently NXD
of two AIM listed companies, on the Audit Committee of both of them
and Chairman of one.
- I have recently held two Board positions in listed companies - a Non-Executive
role in a large NASDAQ-listed Telecom company and a CFO role in a UK
listed IT software and services company. For many years I was also a
Director (non-Board) at Orange.
